NOOSHAM LTD is a UK-registered online retailer. We currently accept and deliver online orders to the United Kingdom only. Our registered office in Wolverhampton, United Kingdom, is an administrative address only and is not a dispatch, customer collection, or returns location.

Dispatch origin

All orders are packed and dispatched from Pakistan through third-party courier partners. Tracked delivery is provided where available. The shipping cost and estimated delivery date are shown at checkout before payment.

UK delivery

UK shipping is charged by parcel weight and is typically between £15 and £35. The exact charge, available delivery service, and estimated delivery date are displayed at checkout before payment.

Our current standard estimate is 8–13 business days, consisting of approximately 3–5 business days for handling and 5–8 business days for transit. Delivery estimates may vary for made-to-order, bridal, altered, or custom items; any different estimate will be communicated before fulfilment.

Order processing

Orders are prepared in Pakistan after payment is authorised. Once an order is dispatched, we send a confirmation email and tracking details where available.

Customs and charges

Because orders are dispatched from Pakistan, any import duties, taxes, customs charges, or clearance fees charged by the United Kingdom are the customer's responsibility unless explicitly stated at checkout.

Address changes, delays, and delivery issues

Please check your delivery address before placing an order. Contact us promptly if an address is incorrect; changes are only possible before dispatch. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by the courier, customs, public holidays, or events outside our control.
