Retailer and dispatch location

NOOSHAM LTD is a UK-registered online retailer. All online orders are fulfilled and dispatched from Pakistan through our dispatch facility in Islamabad. Our UK registered office is not a warehouse, collection point, dispatch location, or returns address.

Order processing and dispatch

Orders normally require 5–7 business days for preparation, processing, and dispatch from Pakistan. Made-to-order, bridal, customised, or altered products may require longer where a different timeframe is clearly stated on the product page.

Transit and delivery estimate

Estimated courier transit after dispatch is normally 5–8 business days. The estimated total time from order confirmation to delivery is therefore 10–15 business days.

Delivery estimates may be affected by customs processing, couriers, public holidays, weather, or circumstances outside our control. Tracking details are provided when available.

UK delivery charges

UK standard shipping costs £15 per order. The exact shipping charge is displayed at checkout before payment. We do not advertise free UK shipping unless a specific promotion is clearly displayed and applied at checkout.

International delivery

International shipping availability and cost depend on the destination and are displayed at checkout before payment.

Import duties, taxes, customs charges, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly included at checkout.

Returns and delivery problems

Approved returns must be sent to our returns facility in Islamabad, Pakistan, in accordance with our Refund Policy. The UK registered office is not a returns address.
