Products, prices, and orders

We aim to describe products accurately. Colours and fabric appearance can vary slightly because of screens, photography, and hand-finishing. Product prices, availability, shipping charges, and the total payable are shown before you complete checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm and begin processing it. We may cancel an order where an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, there is an obvious error, fraud is suspected, or delivery is not possible; any payment taken will be refunded.

Shipping

UK standard shipping costs £15 per order. Orders normally require 5–7 business days for processing and dispatch from Pakistan, followed by an estimated 5–8 business days in transit. The estimated total delivery time is 10–15 business days. International availability and shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Destination-country duties, taxes, and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility unless expressly included at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Eligible return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging. Custom, altered, made-to-order, bridal, hygiene-sensitive, and final-sale items may be excluded unless faulty or required by law. Approved returns are sent to the stated returns facility in Islamabad, Pakistan, not the UK registered office. Customers are told the address and return-shipping responsibility before sending an item. Approved refunds are scheduled to the original payment method within 6–7 days after receipt and inspection.

Consumer rights and governing law

Nothing in these terms affects statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection law applies in your country of residence.
