Products, prices, and orders

We aim to describe products accurately. Colours and fabric appearance can vary slightly because of screens, photography, and hand-finishing. Product prices, availability, shipping charges, and the total payable are shown before you complete checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm and begin processing it. We may cancel an order where an item is unavailable, payment is not authorised, there is an obvious error, fraud is suspected, or delivery is not possible; any payment taken will be refunded.

Shipping and dispatch origin

NOOSHAM LTD is a UK-registered online retailer, and all online orders are packed and dispatched from Pakistan through third-party courier partners. The UK registered office is an administrative address only and is not a dispatch, collection, or returns location. UK shipping varies by parcel weight and is typically £15–£35. The exact shipping cost, available service, and estimated delivery date are shown at checkout before payment. International availability, cost, and delivery dates depend on destination and parcel weight. Destination-country duties, taxes, customs charges, and clearance fees are the customer's responsibility unless expressly shown otherwise at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Eligible return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging. Custom, altered, made-to-order, hygiene-sensitive, and final-sale items may be excluded unless faulty or required by law. All approved returns are sent to the NOOSHAM returns facility in Islamabad, Pakistan, not the UK registered office. Customers are responsible for return postage to Pakistan unless an item is confirmed faulty or incorrect. Approved refunds are scheduled to the original payment method within 6–7 days after receipt and inspection.

Consumer rights and governing law

Nothing in these terms affects statutory consumer rights. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory consumer-protection law applies in your country of residence.
